Refund Policy by Product Type

Letter Subscriptions (Story Series) - 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If your letter experience doesn't meet your expectations, let us know within 30 days of purchase. Upon request, we’ll issue a full refund no return required. You’re welcome to keep any letters already received as our gift to you.

Note: Refunds are not automatically issued with cancellations. Please email us to initiate a request.

After 30 Days

• Monthly Subscriptions - After the 30-day guarantee, we’re unable to refund monthly charges
  already processed. However, you’ll still receive any remaining letters you’ve paid for.
• Prepaid Subscriptions - From days 31–60, you’re eligible for a prorated refund of the unused portion of your subscription.
• After 60 days, refunds are no longer available, but we’ll ensure the remaining letters are mailed to your provided address.
  
  Gift Boxes, Accessories, & Other Products

Non-subscription products (gift items, stationery, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of purchase
if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the client’s responsibility

To return an item :

• Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation
• Provide your order number, name, and contact email
• Briefly explain the reason for return and whether you’d like a refund or exchange

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received
and verified to be in resale condition.
